All condo homes are equipped with gas stove, a standard size refrigerator, are fully furnished, ready to occupy.   King size bed, triple dresser, plates, silverware, pots and pans, bedding, towels, coffee pot, blender, etc.

smaller efficiency condo homes are 600  sq. ft. of enclosed living area, with 488 sq. ft. air conditioned interior space ,  and 112 sq. ft. screened in Porch/living area.  Completely furnished with king size bed, armoire, bookshelves, stove, refrigerator, basic kitchen setups, sheets, towels,  coffee pot, blender, etc.
