All Apartment Homes are second floor for maximum trade winds and panoramic views. They include – 832 Sq. Ft. of indoor living space and 464 Sq. Ft. of exterior covered porch area, for enjoyable outdoor living.
All homes are equipped with a gas stove, a standard size refrigerator, are fully furnished, ready to occupy– gas & electric included – King size bed, triple dresser, Plates, silverware, pots & pans, bedding, towels, coffee pot, blender, etc.
Donation: based on double occupancy and prepayment at the time of rental.
$60. US Daily
$300. US Weekly ($360. US/week if paid in installments)
$900. US Monthly ($1,080. US/month if paid in installments)
A 9% tax is imposed by the Government of Belize on all rentals under 6 months.
The apartment has been furnished for your convenience. There will be a $250.00 security deposit placed on a credit card voucher, which will be returned to you at the end of occupancy, based on the following criteria:
- the unit is left clean and smoke free, in the same condition as you found it
- all inventory is accounted for
- there is no damage that needs to be repaired
Ask about a special donation rate for 6 month or longer rental, (depending on availability)
